You may find me a bit of a dreamer these days, but I wonder if there is a "Chief Youth Officer" representing the young generation in institutions...
It is win-win situation because If we hear their voices better, we can benefit from their strengths better and increase engagement.
Believe me, I suddenly found myself thinking about many things such as where she/ he should be in the organizational chart, what kind of role she/he should have, etc:)
