Momento - Size The Day

I hear this challenge from leaders in many of my coaching sessions and leadership trainings.

I think the key point in managing this situation is to use the coaching perspective and coaching mindset. By using the learner mindset instead of the judger mindset, we can establish a dialogue with the generation Z and understand their insights and needs. Key point is to contact them instead of producing scenarios about their behaviours. 

Most of the time we can only help them find their own solutions with learner mindset QUESTIONS.

Isn't the question “What would make you faster at this task?" rather than to say "you have to be much faster, hurry up" more creative for dialogue and solution?
